Shuttle 3000 Rotational Molding Machine
The Shuttle 3000 Is used for manufacturing large/medium hollow plastic products and articles. The most commonly used raw materials are High density polyethylene (HDPE ) and Low density polyethylene (LDPE). After the powdered polymers are poured into the molds, they are heated and rotated bi-axially by the arms, which are fixed to very powerful motors, this makes the powder inside the mold to melt and evenly distributed on the inner walls of the molds. After the molten material is evenly distributed, the mold is allowed to cool to let the thermoplastic solidify. As the material solidifies, it shrinks thereby de-attach itself from the inner walls of the mold.
Graphics, logos and text can be molded into the product in any combination of colours.
Being permanently embedded in the polymer, they will not deteriorate with age and cannot be removed chemically.

Carousel 1600 Rotational Molding Machine
A four-arm fixed carousel machine is used by AgBoss for high-volume production runs of medium-sized products.
Each arm is 90 deg apart and is controlled by a turret in the centre. Because they are fastened to the turret, all four arms revolve in the machine; one is in the heating station, the other in the cooling station, and the third and fourth are at the workload station.
A key process asset of the static arm carousel device is the ability to operate several molds of diverse sizes and material needs. Different materials can be run on each unit, and molds can be quickly changed without affecting production times.
